ORMOND BEACH RECREATIONAL SOCCER
Recreation soccer offers an introductory, fun playing environment for players of all skill levels between the ages of 4-19. Our Recreation Program serves the Ormond Beach area and played at the Ormond Beach Sports Complex. OBSC Youth’s Recreation Program is one of the largest volunteer-based soccer programs in Volusia County, with more than 400 players annually.
Quick Facts:
Offered in both the Fall (August – October) and Spring (February – May)
Practice 1/week with a game on the weekend
Teams are led by volunteer coaches supported by a full-time Recreation Director
Focus is on fun!

OBSC Spring 2021 Recreational Soccer COACH Registration
All Coaches, Assistant Coaches and Parent Helpers must be Registered.
In order to improve the quality of soccer offered with our Recreational Soccer Program, OBSC Professional Coaches will be assisting our Volunteer Coaches with practice plans and skills training drills this season. This makes it a perfect time for Parents to become Volunteer Coaches. As always, our league is dependent on volunteer coaches. Please consider volunteering to coach a team this season!

Player Age Chart
Age group determinations are made based upon your player’s birth year. Wherever possible we try to group boys and girls into separate divisions, but if registration numbers are not sufficient to have a minimum four team division, we will combine boys and girls into a co-ed division. With the exception of U5 and U6, which may sometimes be separate age divisions, we combine two age groups per age division. For example, U7/U8 will play as one division, U9/U10 will play together as one division. Below you will see an age chart to assist you.
